The Law Society represents solicitors in England and Wales. The Solicitors Regulation Authority deals with all regulatory and disciplinary matters and acts solely in the public interest.
Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
Phillips Solicitors is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Reference Number 60213.

LEXCEL
We are delighted to have been awarded Lexcel accreditation – the Law Society's quality mark for excellence. This mark is only awarded to legal practices that have successfully met stringent practice management standards covering case management, office administration, financial management, risk assessment and good customer care.
Family Lawyers
A Law Society protocol, principally concerning the dissolution of marriage, children (private law), ancillary relief, cohabitation, domestic abuse and mediation.
TransAction
A national conveyancing protocol, created by the Law Society to help streamline the conveyancing process in domestic transactions of freehold and leasehold property.
Relate Quality Partners
Relate is the UK's largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy.
The Family Mediators Association
Family mediation is a process by which couples who are considering separation or divorce are assisted to make arrangements, communicate better and to reduce the conflict between them to reach their own agreed joint decisions.
Howard Gardener and Ann Corrigan are the Association's trained mediators at Phillips. Town Gate Mediation follows the FMA and UK College Standards and Codes of Practice.

UK College of Family Mediators
