M4 (J11) 15 Miles
By road from M4: exit at junction 11, follow A33 to Basingstoke, bear left onto A339 Ring Road East then turn onto A3010 towards town centre.
From A3010
Approach Eastrop roundabout, take first exit (signposted Top of Town) into New Road. Go past Festival Place on the right, turn right into Red Lion Lane to the surface car park. Phillips is on corner of New Road (traffic lights) and London Street (pedestrianised).
