Ann is a specialist family lawyer who joined us five years ago from a Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley. Ann became a Partner in 2008 and is a Director of the newly incorporated Phillips Solicitors Ltd.
Ann deals with all areas of family disputes and has substantial experience in dealing with high net worth financial relief in divorce.
Ann has recently co-written an authoritative text on ancillary relief, published by the Law Society in November 2009 which has been acclaimed as 'a core resource and an essential addition to the library of the ancillary relief practitioner'.
Ann is a full member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association), sits on the Resolution National Training Working Party and is an Accredited Trainer, lecturing nationally to other family practitioners and family law judges. Ann was one of the first collaborative lawyers to be trained in the UK in 2003 and is an active family mediator.
Ann lives in Buckinghamshire and divides her spare time between her two daughters, sailing, playing tennis and working as a volunteer with disabled adults.
