Hayley was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Phillips' family law team in June 2007. Hayley has a strong local interest: she was educated in Basingstoke, gained a law degree at Southampton, completed her LPC with distinction at Guildford and returned to Basingstoke to complete her training contract. During this training contract Hayley studied employment law, criminal law and conveyancing but was given a family caseload throughout the whole two years. Whilst specialising in family law, Hayley also has a particular interest in child care law.
Outside her legal life, Hayley is passionate about local affairs and has been selected to run for Chineham ward as a local councillor in the forthcoming elections.
