Lynda joined Phillips in April 2006 from a Legal 500 firm in Guildford, where she gained five years' experience within a large commercial team in a wide range of businesses and business activities.
Prior to that, Lynda graduated from St Andrews University with a Masters degree, then worked in the downstream end of the oil industry whilst studying law part-time and taking her LPC at Guildford Law College, qualifying in 2000 after completing her training contract with another firm in the South East.
Lynda brings a great deal of expertise to Phillips and will be helping clients with buying and selling their businesses, restructuring their businesses and all other aspects of commercial contractual work and corporate law.
