We are open for business
We are fully open for business and operating a full service for all our clients, including our Haymarket Family Mediation service.
Due to government guidance our Town Gate office in Basingstoke is temporarily closed to visitors unless by prior appointment when meeting in person is essential.
However, thanks to our lawyers being able to work remotely, Phillips remains fully open for business and can discuss your legal matters by telephone and video conference.
We are delighted to announce that on 1st February 2020, Phillips Solicitors merged with Brain Chase Coles
Together we are confident that we will create a powerful regional law firm with true legal strength.
The merger is an important step towards our goal of building the region’s strongest dynamic, full-service law firm, whilst maintaining the traditional values that both firms were built on.
Our clients will be able to better access a broad spectrum of legal expertise with a wider choice of fee earners, covering areas including: Commercial and Residential Property, Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Family, Family Mediation, Wills and Probate, Estate Planning, Employment, Insurance and Education Law.
Bringing talented people together to achieve exceptional outcomes

The cocornavirus lockdown can be a very dangerous and stressful time for those who are suffering from domestic abuse. The family law team at Phillips Solicitors can help.
We are delighted to support Sebastian’s Action Trust as our charity of the year.
The trust was the vision of nine-year-old Sebastian Gates who died of cancer in December 2003 and provides ongoing support and respite breaks for seriously ill children and children with life limiting illnesses as well as their families.
These are held at The Bluebells in North Waltham, just outside of Basingstoke, which opened in 2011.
