Private Client – Head of Department

In your role, you will:

  1. take responsibility for driving the growth of the private client department; and
  2. have your own higher value caseload; and
  3. supervise and provide training opportunities to progress the skills of private client lawyers in your department; particularly in relation to trust and tax work.
  4. positively lead your team of private client lawyers and support staff and take responsibility for their careers and development; and
  5. attend the monthly board meeting as the private client lead, to contribute to the important growth and direction of the firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic private client lawyer to grow an already highly regarded department. You will be handling a full range of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, estates, inheritance tax planning and some contentious matters (with appropriate assistance from our litigation department).
