Phillips Solicitors is a leading Hampshire law firm based in Basingstoke and is going through an exciting period of growth. We won the Law Society Excellence Awards Medium Law Firm of the Year 2021, Hampshire Law Society Firm of the Year and Lawyer of the Year 2022, and we have pioneering policies to support our team.

We are looking to recruit trainee solicitors to join our firm in 2024 and onwards. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our highly regarded team.

Phillips has a core value of bringing talented people together to achieve exceptional outcomes. We are passionate about:

  1. attracting and retaining the brightest and most positive colleagues to work with;
  2. being the regional law firm that clients want to work with for the quality of our advice and our people; and
  3. being a place where we love coming into work.

Phillips offers a dynamic training programme intended for candidates who have completed the LPC or who are pursuing the SQE route to qualification. We will discuss your particular circumstances with you as part of the interview process. Our training programme ensures that you have the opportunity to gain experience in a range of departments across the practice areas offered by the firm.

The ideal candidate should be ambitious and willing to work within a team to achieve shared goals. We expect technical skills of a high standard and excellent client care service.
