Two talented lawyers have been promoted at Phillips Solicitors.
Chartered Legal Executive Janine Pendry Clark, who is a member of the Residential Property team and Commercial Property Solicitor Emma Elkington have been made Associates.
Janine, who has been with the firm for 12 years said: “I was absolutely delighted when I was told of my promotion.”

Janine provides a client focussed friendly service and takes great pride in removing as much stress as possible for her clients when they move home, ensuring that matters are handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Emma who qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 previously worked for a leading London law firm where she gained experience advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
Since joining Phillips Solicitors 18 months ago, Emma has proved to be a valued member of the Commercial Law team, where her work includes complex commercial property transactions, the acquisition and disposal of land for development, investment property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, commercial leases, portfolio management and corporate support.
Emma said: “I feel honoured that my work has been recognised by the Directors and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the firm’s success.”
